For the Production Department of our Tübingen location, we are looking for an
Team Leader Maintenance (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical leadership and further development of the team
- Ensure the availability of machines and equipment
- Plan and carry out inspection, maintenance, overhaul and repair work
- Develop and refine standards, processes and systems
- Ensure cross-shift troubleshooting of machines and equipment
- Order and coordinate external service providers for repairs, maintenance and servicing
- Plan and ensure availability of spare parts
- Ensure process interfaces between production, equipment manufacture and purchasing
Your Skills
- Successfully completed technical studies in the field of mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of maintenance experience in a production environment
- Disciplinary leadership experience in a comparable position
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness combined with excellent communication skills
- Strongly structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and thinking
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Willingness to work shifts/on-call duty
- Class B driving licence
