For the Finance Department of our Tübingen location, we are looking for a
Group Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for questions relating to controlling and business administration
- Participate in the annual budget planning and forecasting for head office departments and subsidiaries
- Prepare cost analyses and profitability calculations for assigned head office departments
- Analyse monthly reports and annual financial statements of subsidiaries
- Further develop controlling instruments
- Act as a business partner in controlling for departments and subsidiaries
- Track non-financial KPIs to identify efficiencies
Your Skills
- University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in international controlling in a corporate group
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, OLAP databases, BI knowledge is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of international standards and guidelines (IFRS)
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High sense of responsibility and good understanding of complex interrelationships, along with a strong affinity for numbers
- Business-fluent in spoken and written English
