Service Engineer
Votre responsabilité
- As a service engineer you are responsible for setting up and manage the service department at Erbe Sweden
- Accountable for driving all commercial activities in the service business area preparing service business plans and following up on them
- Working actively on the field with preventive maintenance and technical support and run field service with preventive maintenance and run workshop repairs
- Being able to absorb new technology and new products acting as the internal expert
- This role is also a supporting function of the sales team
- Being able to independently handle all duties included as a service engineer
- Representing Erbe Sweden at congresses and workshops
Vos qualifications
- Formal engineering degree at the university level, or extensive experience as technician in MedTech business
- Multiple years of experience with service of medical devices, preferably in electrosurgical devices and endoscopy
- Confident in training and educating customers on products/methods
- Clear in communications with others
- Fluent Swedish and proficient English especial in technical terminology
- Willing to travel around 50% of the time
- MS Office
- Driving licence B
